CONCRETE FLOOR jacking and levelling
New buildings are not immune to human error and the whims of mother nature.
During the construction of this school, the concrete floor was poured over a frozen embankment. At the time of thaw, the backfill partially retreated, causing voids under the slab and the subsidence of some slabs. Following a scan, all of the affected areas were gridded to determine the location of the polymer injections. All of the work was completed in less than four days, restoring the structural integrity to the concrete floor of this brand new school. Huge costs have been avoided to the satisfaction of the customer.
